We are now seeking a Customer Success Manager with solid business solutions like CRM, Marketing Automation, Project Management, Helpdesk, etc. experience and a passion for seeing their clients succeed. You’ll be introduced to existing customers to further nurture relationships and find new selling opportunities as their needs change. As our sales team brings in customers, you’ll own the customer journey all the way to post-installation support, ensuring the lifecycle is managed effectively and key milestones are hit. You’ll then be our customer’s point person for issues they may experience, conducting technical conversations and walkthroughs with them as a subject matter expert. In this role, you will be integral to the long-term satisfaction and continued growth of a large book of business.


A Typical Week
  • Own the customer journey from post-sale introduction through go-live and follow-up
  • Proactively contact existing customers to develop relationships, identify opportunities, and upsell existing base
  • Generate add-on proposals and present to clients for approval
  • Assist with customer technical support triage, ensuring a quality experience
  • Use technical knowledge to resolve minor technical issues
  • Solve customer pain points by consulting on better use of CloudOffix platform
  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction through regular check-ins
  • Occasionally participate in webinars and other video-based educational tools

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in computer science, business or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of Customer Success/relationship management experience
  • Ability to build C-level relationships at customers and across our organization
  • Detail oriented approach with impeccable attention to detail
  • Highly proactive attitude
  • Ability to grasp strong technical concepts and communicate them simply to customers
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and concepts
  • Outstanding ethical standards and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a "can do" attitude
  • Must have a strong passion for service
