Overview:
The Email Marketing module has been refined to improve usability and enhance user experience. The latest update focuses on optimizing the "Reply to" field in the mass mailing form.

Allows users to precisely direct replies to the appropriate recipients, whether internal stakeholders or external contacts, ensuring better communication management.

Simplifies the process of setting up reply options, making mass mailing campaigns more efficient and user-friendly.
How it works ?
- Click on the Email Marketing app from Marketing Cloud.
- Create a new email marketing campaign or edit an existing one. To create a new marketing campaign click New button
- Prepare the email content as you wish. After click on the Options tab to make relevant
reply settings.
- There are three options to select right reply-to address:
- Followers of Leads/Applicants: The email addresses of the followers of the Lead or Applicant records will become reply-to addresses.
- Internal Email Address: The e-mail aliases available in the system are listed.
- External Email Address: It is filled with the active user's email address by default.
It can be changed with the desired email address.
- Now, you can send your email with the reply-to settings you specified.
Warning: If you want to follow the replies statistics for the mail market campaign, an alias must be selected using the Internal email address option or Followers of Leads/ Applicant reply-to option should be used.
