Team Booking 

Efficiently manage appointments involving your team with the new Team Booking feature. Whether it's client meetings, project meetings or consultations, you can now seamlessly schedule appointments involving multiple team members. Specific to the respective meeting type, you can select your team members from the attendees field. You can create them from the meeting type creation page, by selecting the team booking option from the meeting type list and adding team members from the attendees field.

    Round Robin Rule

Simplify your appointment allocation with the Round Robin Rule. This feature ensures that appointments are distributed evenly among your team members. It's a fair and efficient way to assign appointments and avoid overburdening any one team member. For example, if there is more than one available attendee in the selected slot, the round-robin rule should be used and the meeting is assigned to one of them in order.

    Collective Rule

When appointments require the expertise of multiple team members, the Collective Rule comes into play. This feature enables you to assign a group of team members collectively to an appointment. So the intersection set of all attendees' availability is shown on the portal side. It's perfect for collaborative efforts and group consultations.
