Chatter Enhancements: Sending Multimedia Messages

Overview: Chatter now supports sending voice recordings, screen recordings, andcamera recordings directly within the platform.

1. Multimedia Messaging:

Access multimedia messaging options

Benefits:

- Encourages richer communication through multimedia support.

- Simplifies workflows by integrating recording capabilities directly into Chatter.

How it works ?

- Firstly, go to a record to log note with multimedia messages.

- Then click Log Note button on record’s chatter.

- By clicking microphone icon, you can log voice recording

- By clicking recording icon, you can log your screen, your video or both of them.

- Now, user can see the log with voice or video.
