How to Import Contacts
When we create our new database, we want to begin populating it with our own data so we can continue with our business seamlessly.
Instead of adding data such as contacts one by one, we can opt to ‘import’ them.
Click the ‘Contacts’ app in the Social Cloud

Click the ‘Import’ button located at the top of the screen.

Click the ‘Load File’ button to upload your CSV or Excel file.

The columns from your file will be shown as below. Here we need to ‘map’ the columns to import.
Find the correct name from the drop-down menus. For example, for first name, we need to select ‘First Name’. These can be seen on the contact cards and selected accordingly here.
If we want to keep a column out of the import process, simply click the ‘X’ on the drop-down menu, which will show as ‘Don’t import’.
Once all your mapping configurations are completed, click the ‘Test Import’ button at the top of the screen.
