As part of our continuous effort to improve the support experience for our customers, we're excited to announce a new enhancement to our TeamViewer integration. Now, agents can provide support to customers through TeamViewer sessions in tickets even more seamlessly than before. Previously, agents were able to provide support to customers through TeamViewer sessions in tickets. However, we made the process even easier for agents. Any text entered the notes pop-up which opens after the TeamViewer session will automatically be transferred to CloudOffix.
