How it works ?
- Go to a Contact Record
- On Sales & Purchases tab, for example check Phone Opt-out option
-Click Save after checking the option
You can see that the changing about opt-out field is automatically written on chatter.
Tip: All Opt-out fields in the contact: mailing opt-out, Phone Opt-out, Sms Opt-out can be trackable.
