Added New HTML Widget to Portal

Overview: Portal Builder now supports an HTML field that enables users to add formatted text to forms displayed on the portal.

Updates:

• The HTML field type is now available in Portal Builder.

• Users filling out forms on the portal can format text (bold, italic, underline, etc.).

How It Works?

• In Portal Builder, select the HTML field when designing a form.

• Users filling out the form can apply formatting using a simple text editor.

• The formatted text is saved and displayed as entered.
