Filtering
Instead of seeing all employees on the organizational chart, you can now filter it by specific attributes. For example, you can choose to only see employees in the sales department, only employees in the USA branch, or employees with John Doe as their manager. The possibilities are endless! You can apply one or multiple filters at the same time. To get started, simply click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the organizational chart.
Visualization
While the horizontal organizational chart is ideal for small businesses, it is not as useful for medium to large businesses. Therefore, we now offer both horizontal and vertical visualization options. Employees with no subordinates are listed from top to bottom under their managers. Ultimately, a user-friendly and hierarchical chart of the organization is available for you.
Level
We added a level selection option to the organizational chart to allow for level analysis. You can choose the level limit to be displayed on the chart. For example, if you only want to see C-level executives and department managers, selecting level 2 will be sufficient. To filter based on level, simply click on the gear icon and select the level number.
Employee Card
We found another shortcut!
You no longer need to go back to the employees application to see detailed information about an employee while reviewing the organizational chart. Simply click on the employee’s name and the selected card will appear.
