The Initiatives tab takes center stage in our latest update, bringing a new level of depth and organization to your OKR management. Positioned within the Key Result form, this feature provides a dedicated space to outline and monitor the initiatives associated with your Key Results, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to goal tracking.
You can access the initiatives, which serve as a checklist in the follow-up of Key Results, from the Initiatives tab in the Key Result form.
*Tip: Initiatives have no impact on key result progress calculations. It can only be used as a to-do list for process tracking.
