Timesheet Creation on Calendar

Tracking your work hours has never been more intuitive. With Timesheet Creation on Calendar, you can create timesheets directly onto your calendar. It's a seamless way to manage your time effectively. On the meeting detail page -> Invitations tab, you can create a timesheet for the related project and task by clicking the Create Timesheet button.

Timesheet Creation on Top-bar

We understand the importance of quick access. That's why we've added Timesheet Creation to the Top-bar. With this feature, you can create timesheets right from the Top-bar, ensuring that you can capture your time entries no matter where you are in the Cloudoffix platform.

Hint: The user must be a timesheet manager or timesheet user to see this quick create icon.

Flexible Calendar Integration
We understand that you might have diverse calendar needs. That's why we're offering you the flexibility to choose your calendar integration preference. With the Microsoft Calendar Integration Priority Feature, you have the power to decide. Now, if you prefer to sync your Cloudoffix account with your Microsoft calendar, you can! The Microsoft Integration option allows you to seamlessly connect and manage your events and appointments.If CloudOffix is selected in the Priority field, calendar invitations are sent via CloudOffix. On the MS Office side, the participants of the meeting are not visible, only the owner of the meeting is displayed. However, if priority is given to MS Office, meeting invitations are sent by MS Office and participants are included in the meeting detail.

Simplified Channel Management

Stay organized with ease using the newly added 'Pinned' filter. This feature is designed to help you access your most crucial discussions quickly. With the 'Pinned' filter, you can effortlessly reach your pinned messages on Discuss Channels.
