Competence Weight: determines the weight in percentage that the competence carries in the total appraisal. Make sure to consider the personal and company goal weights. The total of the appraisal must equal %100.
Apply a value for the competence weight.
The next section is where the percentage weight values are given to each contributor of the competence survey.
The rule here is that only the employee can have a percentage weight value of zero. The remaining contributors must have a value higher than zero.
